Bodywork Holistic Treatment
Bring your whole self, body, mind, and spirit, to the table with a Holistic Bodywork Treatment. This treatment is wonderful for anyone, but especially if you are in a time of crises or a big transition in your life. You will receive a one-hour traditional integrative massage a restorative massage treatment blending Swedish deep tissue, acupressure, reflexology, and gentle stretching. Ayurvedic techniques, herbal oils and warm towels are used to release stagnation and toxins. As a trained intuitive I will connect to the current circumstances and issues that are creating a holding pattern in your life. I will identify a belief, concept, or wound that keeps form being the best version of you. I will guide you through a meditation practice and heart minded process that will allow you to begin to access a higher state of consciousness giving you greater clarity and peace.

This invigorating massage includes stretching, deep tissue, cross fiber and trigger point release. Specialized massage creams and heated moist towels alleviate sore overworked muscles.

A restorative massage treatment blending Swedish deep tissue, acupressure, reflexology and gentle stretching. Ayurvedic techniques, herbal oils and warm towels are used to release stagnation and toxins.
Energy Body Balance / Nourish & Restore
Align your emotional and spiritual into a balanced state of wellbeing. Acupressure, energy system balancing, craniosacral still point release, aromatherapy, scalp, neck and foot massage. Includes sound healing with singing bowls, tuning forks, voice mantras and soul singing.
Soul Time Retreat / Empowered & Revitalized
