Mama Guru’s Morning Messages
Soul to Soul messages to inspire, guide and encourage you to be your best and live your best life.
It all starts at my kitchen table. Every morning I rise before the sun. Light a candle. Grab my coffee and I write for 20 minutes. I call it my Soul Write and I teach this process to my coaching clients. By the end of my writing I’m seated in my Inner power. I have released all the slippery thoughts that do not serve me and come into a place of gratitude. I literally fill my cup with love every time I write. In due time from underneath the muddy waters of my mind there emerges the truth, the light and the wisdom of my soul. This inspired me to start sending my son and husband messages to encourage them when they were feeling down. Rather than worry for them throughout the day I raise them up with my positive words for encouragement. One day I signed my message Mama Guru’s Morning messages. That was the moment a spark was lit and a seed was planted and now I want to bring my messages to you.
