Wonder-Ful
Why is it so easy for children to be in the state of wonder? Wonderment is a magical gift bestowed upon us the moment we are born and continues into our childhood, until we are fully conditioned into human reality, where goals, timelines and social-economical status become more important.
As you watch children play, the serious curmudgeon in you softens into the remembrance of wonderment. Children are truly enamored with wonders of the natural world. They are curious adventurers and joy seekers who have not yet assigned their own worthiness in relationship to their accomplishments. The natural world in which we live, like a child’s wonder, reflects the freedom and a peace that is always available to you.
The animals of this planet know their purpose and stay their course, but humans get lost in a maze of illusions. Like the butterfly that sheds its cocoon you too must break free of the illusions that blind your pure potential. You must remember that you are intimately connected to all of life. When you live in a state of wonder your self importance will melt away. In your essence, be like the butterfly effect, whose fluttering wings can reach across the globe. Let that effect be one that creates wonder and joy.
