Time is only a construct for us to function in our human reality. Instead of letting it function as a timepiece for structure and focus, it enslaves you into a life of busyness. The clock becomes the marker of success and failure determining am I worthy or unworthy of this life.
This is why it is essential to create sacred time for yourself. Many people think they have to fill every second of their day, week, month, year and life with doing. The misunderstanding is the more you do, the further ahead you get in this game of life. You think by doing as much as you can you create a secure future.
Sacred time is when you step out of your day to day and week to week activities to enjoy timelessness. It’s hard for you to justify taking time for doing nothing but to bask in the present moment without a plan.
Sacred time is solo time and initially best done in nature. When you take sacred time more frequently you create alignment in your heart, mind and soul. Your aches, woes and problems dissolve into an inspired state of appreciation. Taking sacred time generates a powerhouse of energy and can move mountains with little effort.
All the visionaries, such as Albert Einstein and Thomas Edison took sacred time. What they were able to create happened outside of their current reality and as a result came the miracle of their discoveries and inventions. it was their passion, desire and ability to step out of the box of time to be in a non-doing, mindless state of mind that innovated. In a state of timelessness another dimension can to be touched and the unknown can be discovered.
Don’t get discouraged in the beginning when taking sacred time because sometimes there is a storm before the calm. The ego will scream and shout, but with practice you will be able to surrender into a state of peace and ignite the creative field that will inspire your own miracles.
You will soon discover that in sacred time what seems impossible becomes possible.
