New Growth

This is a time of new growth. When an idea like a seed is planted, time is required for maturation and materialization. There is a waiting period of patience and trust between the seed and the plant.

In life, new growth is essential in actualizing your dreams and desires, but there is a process that can be uncomfortable and at times painful, as with any new growth you must break through your own tough skin to create something new, as a green bud has to break through the tough, dense bark of a tree, a human ego must pierce through the skin of the mind, which can contain obstacles, misconceptions, and beliefs that impede your ability to create something new.

Your spirit is the source that fuels you with the energy and intelligence to live your fullest potential, but often when a desire is born and nothing has appeared in the way or the timing you want, there is a tendency to drop into reservation, doubt, fear, and all together giving up.

You can choose to be absorbed back into the tough skin of your mind, living below the surface to stay protected, safe and risk-free of making mistakes. If you shrink back into the darkness and stay too long, you leave an indelible mark on your soul that desires to be self-realized and actualized into the material world.

When you follow the inner nudges of your desires, your soul grants you the strength and courage to break through your own tough skin. When you look to nature, realize that same powerful energy that supports all life on this planet is also is bestowed within you.
