At any moment you can stop and ask what is my highest purpose this day? Your higher purpose should not be the action of doing, but rather a state of being. Let your life not be a string of events or an act of checking items off your to do list, but rather let it be of greater importance. Let your positive intention emanate through all that you do.
How will you show up for your day? Will be in kindness, love, patience, acceptance, surrender, peace or joy? How you decide will be the ripple through your day. It will cross the universe and return back to you. Let your return be something that will bring light to your life.
