The Last Thing You Do

 The last thing you do before you sleep can determine your rested state, your dream state, and your awakened state. Are you nurturing all your senses with positive things? The body will be restored by your night time slumber, but your mind and emotional state will resume where you left off, if you do not tend ti it.  Before you sleep put away the day. Take time to relax all your senses. Take inventory of all the wonderful things that unfolded in your day, and if your day was rough, smooth it over with kind thoughts. Change what you can and surrender what you can not and appreciate all that you have. Be in a state of grace before you sleep and blessed will your day be.
